1. What Information We Collect

We collect only what is needed to run your event gallery:

• Uploaded media: Photos, videos, and guestbook messages you choose to share.
• Event details: Event title, date, and optional welcome message created by the host.
• Optional guest names: A display name guests can optionally enter when uploading.

2. How We Use It

Your photos and details are used solely to:

• Display photos in the private event gallery and slideshow for your guests.
• Create thumbnails so the mobile gallery loads quickly on phones.
• Sync original-resolution files into the host's connected Google Drive account.

3. Private Event Photo Sharing Guarantee

PhotosJoy is strictly built for Private Event Photo Sharing. Event galleries are private and accessible only to invited guests who have your private event QR code or direct link. Photos and videos are never uploaded to a public feed, searchable social wall, or indexed on search engines like Google.

4. Google Drive Permissions

When a host connects Google Drive, PhotosJoy only requests permission to create and update files inside a designated "PhotosJoy - Events" folder. We do not access or view any other files in your personal Google Drive.

5. Deleting Your Photos

Guests can delete their own uploaded photos directly from their phone during the event. Hosts have full moderation authority to delete any photos from their dashboard at any time.
